I was born in Scotland, grew up in London and have enjoyed living in South Florida for 20 years. The most important thing when choosing a real estate professional is to find someone you can trust.  You can count on me to always work with your interests in mind, and to represent you and your wishes to the best of my ability. I can also negotiate the best price for you and then co-ordinate all the people involved in the transaction - the title company, home inspectors, appraisers, your mortgage company- to make sure everyone is working on the same time frame. A lot of a Realtor's work takes place AFTER the contract is signed.
